1. Foreigners must carry a passport or alien registration card when they visit medical checkup center.​

2. In the case of Overseas Koreans (F-4 visa holders), if you have an ‘Oversea Korean Resident Card’, you can do a general examination, but you cannot do a conscious sedation endoscopy. If you want a conscious sedation endoscopy, you must carry ‘passport’.

or please bring a Identification Card issued by a Korean government that shows your photo

and includes your resident registration number.

3. If you do not have a passport, an examination cannot be conduct. We will inform you in advance of disadvantages.

4. For a conscious sedation endoscopy, the drugs are used (such as propofol, midazolam). The personal information of the person taking the medication must be reported to the Narcotics Information Management System(NIMS). According to the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety's authoritative interpretation, foreigners can only submit "Passport Number or Alien Registration Number" and "Overseas Korean Resident Card Number" cannot be accepted.

1. 外国人请在体检当天务必携带'护照或外国人登陆证'。

2. 如果外国国籍同胞(F-4签证持有者)携带'韩国国内居所申告证'可以进行普通内镜检查，但无法进行无痛内镜检查。如果您希望进行无痛内镜检查，请务必携带‘护照’。

如果韩国国籍持有者携带新护照，请务必同时准备护照信息证明书。

或者携带包含照片和身份证号码的由韩国签发的身份证件。（例如：住民登录证、驾驶证、旧护照等）

3. 如果没有携带护照，将无法进行检查，因此提前告知相关不便之处。

4. ※ 无痛内镜检查时使用麻醉药物，由于使用了麻醉药物，需要将用药者的个人信息报告在毒品类综合管理系统(NIMS)。外国人只能输入'护照号码或外国人登陆证号码'，而无法输入'韩国国内居所申告证号码'。根据韩国食品医药品安全管理局的权威解释，如果只携带‘韩国国内居所申告证’的外国人，将无法进行检查。

1. 外国人は「パスポートまたは外国人登録証」を持って来院してください。

2. 外国国籍韓国人(F-4ビザ保有者)の場合、「国内居所申告証」を所持すれば一般検査はできますが、睡眠内視鏡検査はできません。そのため、睡眠内視鏡検査を希望する場合は必ず「パスポート」をお持ちください。

韓国国籍の方は、パスポート情報証明書を必ずご持参ください。

または、写真と社会保障番号が記載された韓国の身分証明書をご持参ください。

(例:国民IDカード、運転免許証、古いパスポートなど)

3. パスポートがないと検査を進めることができません。 これに伴う不利益について予告します。

4. ※ 睡眠内視鏡検査では、睡眠麻酔薬が使用されます。したがって、投薬者の人的事項を麻薬類統合管理システム（NIMS）に報告しなければなりません。外国人の場合、「パスポート番号または外国人登録番号」のみ入力が可能です。

「国内居所申告番号」は、入力が不可という食品医薬品安全処の有権解析により、国内居所証所持者は検査を進めることができないことをご案内いたします。
